Wholesale, pay-per-use, postpaid
No subscriptions, no per-seat licensing, no minimum commitment across the suite. You activate a module for a move, we bill wholesale for that activation and its usage, and it rolls into one invoice at the end of the month. What you charge your client is entirely up to you.
The three-line pricing model
A flat, one-time wholesale charge when you turn a module on for a specific move.
Smaller wholesale charges for the specific billable actions within that module — for example, an obligation resolved in Threshold, or a completed inventory in PackWise.
All activations and usage across every move and every module for the month, summed into one bill on your terms.
Illustrative example
The numbers below are illustrative only — actual wholesale rates are set out in your rate sheet and depend on which modules you run, not how many moves you do. We don't gate better pricing behind volume commitments; this is here to make the shape of a bill concrete, not to quote a real price.
Activation + obligation-resolution charges across all 40 moves.
Activation + completed-inventory charges for the subset of clients who opted in.
Activation + valuation charges — offset by your own consignment/donation revenue share on the same moves.
Every one of those line items lands on a single invoice at month's end. No separate bills to reconcile per tool.
What this means day to day
There's no prepaid balance to manage and no approval delay — a coordinator can activate a module the moment a client needs it, and the client's access opens immediately.
What protects you
If an invoice runs past terms, new activations pause until it's resolved — but any move already underway keeps full access. A billing conversation with us never becomes a service disruption for a family mid-move.
Rates are flat and wholesale by module — no volume tiers to negotiate. Let's talk about which modules make sense for you.
